The Vagina Monologues
The University of Akron's V-Day Benefit Performance of Eve Ensler's “The Vagina Monologues” will be staged on February 9, 2012 at 7:30 PM and February 10, 2012 at 8:00 PM at E.J. Thomas Hall's Stage Door.
This event and fund-raiser is being sponsored by the Women's Studies Program, E.J. Thomas and L.I.P. Service to help end violence against women.
The monologues will be performed by UA students, faculty, staff and Akron community members.
All proceeds benefit Vday.org (Web site) and the Rape Crisis Center of Summit and Medina Counties. Tickets are on sale now at the E.J. Thomas Ticket Office.
