The University of Akron offers sport teams and events to capture just about anyone's interests. The new Infocision Stadium is a great place to enjoy Zips football. Men's and women's basketball is a treat at the James A. Rhodes Arena. Lee Jackson Field is where baseball, softball and the national soccer champs take the field. The University of Akron also offers the following sports: golf (m/w), tennis, track and field, cross country, swimming and diving, volleyball and rifle.
