The Crystal Room
The Crystal Room Restaurant is located in Gallucci Hall on Grant Street. It is operated by the students, faculty and staff of Summit College's Hospitality Management Program. The Crystal Room Restaurant menu offers a variety of excellent choices, including wings, quesadillas, homemade soups, salads, specialty sandwiches, wraps, Panini’s, and daily lunch specials prepared and served by our students.
The Crystal Room has re-opened for lunch daily Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Find menu here). Carry-Out is also available. Our students offer a professional and comfortable "come as you are" atmosphere for everyone. The Crystal Room is also available for special events or meetings - large or small. Let us be your event planner!
